Rahul Gandhi the Congress vice-president declared the Capt Amarinder Singh as the party’s CM face. Latter challenged the Arvind Kejriwal AAP National convener to name the AAP party’s CM candidate.
Capt Amarinder Singh addressed a rally in favour of Rana Gurmeet Singh Sodhi at Guru Har Sahai Ferozepur. Capt said that Arvind Kejriwal was trying to grab the CM’s post without contesting the polls. Also Kejriwal is maintaining a silence on the SYL issue.
He told that their is no difference between SAD and AAP. Both are only interested in promoting their vested interests by looting the Punjab and its people.
Rana Gurmeet Singh Sodhi promised that if Congress comes into power then they will transform the area into a model town.
Congress nominee Satkar Kaur contesting from Ferozepur Rural constituency assured that the Congress party will not spare anyone who are guilty of ruining Punjab.
Capt Amarinder Singh promised that they will waive all farm debts when they come into power. He also warned of strict action against all the police officers and politicians who are involved in framing people.
