As PM Narendra Modi moved to Delhi in 2014, Gujarat is spoting two Chief Ministers in the form of Anandiben Patel and Vijay Rupani. Where BJP is struggling in their own state, AAP is in the full form to grab advantage in upcoming Gujarat Assembly Elections which are scheduled to be happen by November end or first week of December.
Arvind Kejriwal who receives an abundance of support from the NRI’s during the Punjab Assembly Elections is heading towards to target the Gujarati NRIs to ensure his victory in Gujarat Assembly Elections. Prithvi Reddy who has been with AAP since Anna Aandolan has been appointed as the NRI Cell co-convener.
As we all know both states i.e. Punjab & Gujarat have a dominant NRI population, Kejriwal is trying to implement same strategy in order to ensure hold in Gujarat. AAP is also conducting a show of strength on March 26 with regard to the show a campaign leader mention that “We have been running a campaign called Gujarat Azadi Andolan in all districts of the state. This campaign will culminate in a massive rally in Gandhinagar. The plan is to gherao chief minister Vijay Rupani”.
A state which is literally of BJP as they are ruling Gujarat since 1995, it is interesting to watch how AAP managed to convinced people to vote for their party. Despite of Gujarat AAP is objecting states of Chhatisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh as well.
