This depends on the party which actually manages to gain the majority of votes. We are judging what we have seen on the voting day it is clear that AAP will come into the power. A very large section of Punjab especially the youth who have voted for AAP in huge numbers.
This time only a miracle can save the Badals in assembly elections
In these assembly elections, only a miracle can save the SAD from imminent defeat. Because of the anti-incumbency wave against the SAD the battle is only between AAP and Congress. So I don’t believe that the SAD will be able to form next government. This time the voters, especially from rural areas, have voted for AAP and turned their backs on SAD.
The battle is between Congress And AAP
The Congress party will give very tough competition to AAP in these assembly elections. AAP has gained popularity only in Malwa area. And Congress will be the big winner in Doaba and Majha.
There is also a possibility of President’s rule
In case none of the political parties win the majority to form next government then there is a possibility of President’s rule in Punjab. In that case, the Punjab assembly elections will be going to held in after six months.
