Removal Of EVMs In Nabha Is A Foul Play Arvind Kejriwal Tweeted

Yesterday Arvind Kejriwal national convener of AAP alleged that some people who are allowed by Returning Officer has removed the EVMs which were kept in college building in Nabha.The district administration said that nothing should be doubted as these EVMs were reserved for the already held 2015 MC elections in the state.

District official said that these machines were removed to make space for counting on March 11 and EVMs that were used in assembly elections 2017 are safe.

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal in his tweet said that this is shocking that the officials of Punjab are trying to remove EVM machines.

Also in another tweet he said that the officers were entered in strongroom for taking some papers but they started removing some of the EVMs .

Durgesh Pathak Who is the organisational building head of AAP tweeted that the 4 people were allowed by RO to enter in the strong room to take some paper but these people try to remove EVMs.

AAP has filed a complaint with VK Singh who is the Punjab Chief Electoral Officer . Following this complaint a report was sought from Ramvir Singh the District Election Officer cum Deputy Commissioner from Patiala . This complaint was filed by AAP candidate Gurdev Singh Mann from Nabha.

DC Ramvir Singh told that there was no foul play regarding this incident. There is nothing to doubt , these EVMs removed to make space for March 11 counting of votes. Also said that EVMs that were used in 2017 assembly elections are safe.
